Established in 2006, Anglia Air Testing has been formed to help builders meet the new standards of air tightness, governed by Part L1/L2 a & b UK Building Regulations (conservation of fuel and power-new dwellings).

We offer a builder friendly service, our focus is on assisting our client to achieve certification with good advice and minimum hassle. We can attend at short notice and aim to cause minimum disruption to other trades on site allowing your project to progress quickly.

We are members of BINDT (British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing). Our tests are carried out in accordance with ATTMA (Air Tightness Testing and Measure Association) TS1 standards and use Retrotec equipment calibrated to UKAS standard.
