Compliance

Once we have tested your building and determined an appropriate level of air tightness we can provide a certificate of compliance which we will provide by post, we can fax or email certificates on request. We will also send a copy of the certificate to your building control office. We are members of BINDT (British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing). Our tests are carried out in accordance with ATTMA (Air Tightness Testing and Measure Association) TS L1 standards and use Retrotec equipment calibrated to UKAS standard annually. Our testers are not part of the BINDT registration scheme, this is not a requirement under current Building Regulations
