The Code for Sustainable Homes is a new national standard for sustainable design and construction using a 1 to 6 star rating system to communicate the overall sustainability performance of a new home. The Code sets minimum standards for energy and water use at each level and also gives new homebuyers better information about the environmental impact of their new home and its potential running costs. SAP Calcs

SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) Calculations are used to assess the energy performance of new homes. This has been a requirement for all new build homes since April 2006. We provide this service through an accredited SAP assessor who will require drawings and specification of your development. Please contact us for further details.

SBEM Calcs

We can also provide SBEM calculations which are similar to the above but relate to commercial, industrial and retail buildings. Please contact us for further details.

EPC Assessment

An Energy Performance Certificate is now required for new homes. This can be supplied without requirement for a site visit, using the information provided in your SAP calculations. Please contact us for further details.
